I really liked the part where Dean realizes how good of a friend Sal really is. What i really enjoyed is that Sal did exacly what a friend would do by supporting Dean during difficult times. Now their connection is stronger than ever. I really think that it's a good idea that Sal plans to go to New York and Italy, to travel with Dean and try to get his mind on new, positive things. The softer side of Dean is revealed when he hears the saxophone player play. I felt that there was a connection between Dean and the soft music. A great example for the "In it together" argument was when Sal supported Dean when he most needed it. He demonstrated his strong friendship by being there when Dean most needed him.
