In chapters 13 and 14 I learned alot about Terry and Sal together. Throughout chapter 13 both Terry and Sal seemed as if they were running away together When they found nothing to be succesful in, the went to a new place. Terry always seemed to have a new idea or a new place to go right away. When Sal met Rickey, Terrys brother SAL was introuduced to a new culture but handled it very well. When Sal says "Well, there we were and another wild day began." I think that Sal knows his life is not what he wanted it to be, but he goes along with it and accepts life for what it is. Also did anyone pick up on the manana part? Does anyone think that when it was defined as "heaven" that Terry and Sal will soon find their true meaning in life?
